Keep on doing

Exercise generates a tremendous feeling of well-being. It helps ward off even treat depression, anxiety and everyday stress. Researchers say exercise is no longer a helpful hobby for older people. It's becoming clear that physical activity is an essential daily requirement.
In fact, preparation of healthy, active senior years should be given between the ages of thirty and forty. Walking and lifting weights, under professional guidance and with a doctor's approval, will help maintainand build muscle tissue enables us to burn more calories and maintain bone density. Even more important is our need to exercise our spiritual muscle by spending time alone with God each day, reading His word, we need to aply it to our lives.
